going to change when the academy in Nottingham burns down and a flurry of new students descend and upset the calm that everyone has been enjoying This book really rocked There was a lotcharacter building and development to the back story in this novel which was really good for the series as a lotabout Norah is explained and how she has ended up in this fairytale world There are also some new, hot characters introduced that play a really important role in not only this book but I imagine the future books of the series as well All in all I really enjoyed this and can t wait to read the next when it is released This book definitely didn t feel like a filler book like some 2nd series books do so I really kept the pages turning and kept up with the fast pace A perfect 4 stars Natty Bee I thought that the first Forgotten Fairytales book was amazing, but this one is even better The tension is heightened by the addition of a mysterious new character Robin Hood Should he be trusted Guess you ll have to read the book to find out The plot pushes forward at a page turning pace, and Norah is constantly challenged in this sequel, both physically and mentally I won t give any spoilers away, has a very prominent story line here Oh, and you learn a lot about Norah s family It s neat There isn t as much twisting of fairy tales as the first, it sknowledge of what s already there Danielle is in jail and awaiting trial, so you don t see her till the end, but there is no lack of villains as our favorite sea witch rears her ugly medusa head It ends with a major OMG moment that will leave you with all the feels Pour something strong when you get into the last half, because it gets insane All in all, the books rocked Better than the first one, which is hard to do in trilogies Usually the second is lacking but not this one It was worth the wait for sure 4.5 stars Wow I ll be looking at Princesses differently from here on out Vindictive creatures they are This book picks up where the they have in place This book has romance and heartache It was about chosen family and the lengths you d go to protect them My only issue was there were a lot of spelling errors and words just missing from the middle of the sentence Sometimes I had to go back and re read to understand The story though is unique and I loved it I can t wait for the 3rd If you haven t read the first book, stop right now and go read it This series is really not the type where you can just jump in and start reading from the second book.If you have read the first book, then you will completely understand the love amazing, the love triangle was quite annoying One of my pet peeves in reading romance novels is when the leading lady just can t seem to go a day without being adored by multiple guys This is, I m sure, realistic for some people, but I find it difficult to believe that someone is just that irresistible I enjoyed seeing Norah s journey progress, but the teenage angst was just flowing off the pages, and this made it a bitof a struggle to enjoy though I did finish in only a few hours. This book picks up with Norah Hart as the head honcho at the school, now that Danielle has been locked up for attempted murder She and Wolf aren t doing so well, though, and when one of his exes shows up from another school, things get evenrocky A disaster threatens further when Jaxson Forester a.k.a Robin Hood , arrives, and he createsstrife between the formerly happy couple As Norah and Wolf grow farther apart, Norah and Jaxson grow closer, and they find that their lives are evenentwined than previously imagined Top that off with an accidental pregnancy not Norah s andattempted murders, and it s business as usual at the fairytale boarding school.I don t know how to start explaining my frustration without getting into spoilers, which I hate doing Wolf is extremely irritating in this book, as he shows a weak side of himself that I found unattractive Of course, my anger with him was quickly coupled with Norah for being so hypocritical Both of them kept secrets from each other, and this only added to their already tumultuous relationship Add in Venessa a.k.a Ursula , and I wanted to tear my hair out When I start wanting to throw the book, or in this case, Kindle, across the room, that is either a really good sign or a really bad sign Considering I finished the book, I guess it s a good sign, but I sincerely hope the third book issatisfying My favorite characters were perhaps the seven dwarvesand they were an extremely small part of the story.About halfway through this book, you will either be Team Wolf or Team Jaxson You will probably enjoy this bookif you re Team Jaxson I wasn t really on either team, which is why my review is mixed However, I think this is still a great book, and I encourage you to read it and learnabout the world Angela Parkhurst has created Hopefully the third book will be published soon, and my heart can receive a satisfying conclusion to the series I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review I was gifted a ARC of this book It s the 2nd book from the Forgotten Fairytales series This book starts out with Nora already kicking butt and being head over heals in love with Wolf Now from the 1st book we know another school burned down and so some new characters are introduced in this story that seem determined to annoy and have needs to read wonders series If you haven t read book 1 The Forgotten Fairytales then you need to seriously get on that ASAP , but for those who have read book 1 do yourself a favor and pre order book 2 you will love it and be dying for book 3 like I am lol Happy reading Now, that s things have settled down and the bad girl s been ousted, Norah s a little unsure on her feet The real world still tugs at her heart, and the fairy tale school doesn t exactly feel like home But her chance to think about such things doesn t hold on long.Norah s lack of enthusiasm to still embrace a fairy tale world makes her wonderfully realistic Despite the changes she s been able to cause in the school and her own emerging powers, she s not ready to let the world swallow her up Now, that s things have and her own emerging powers, she s not ready to let the world swallow her up Her reactions and desires are very understandable, and it s easy to feel for her as she s dragged into a position she doesn t really want to take.I found this book evenenjoyable than the first It starts where book one left off so nope, this is not a stand alone and was simple to dive into and continue with Norah s adventures The new characters really bring this one to life and are a sheer delight to meet There s a lot of tension, especially on the romance end Plus, Norah has some inner battles going on which are not only on point but give her any depth she still didn t have in book one.Of course, there s an evil plot and Norah s got to dig upsecrets and intrigue The twists and turns are a bitunexpected and the bigger picture of the series begins to unfold This was again, a book I could read from start to finish in one setting and was sad when it was over The magic mixes well with sarcasm, danger and tons of rocky romance, insuring a pull at the heart strings, adventure and Heartbroken right nowTHIS BOOK KILLED ME Devastated by this book Can t say much else because it will ruin the books and your life ha ha.But Wolf was back in all his drool worthy glory Aaaaaand we welcome another swoonful fella to the stage But as the photo above suggest TEAM WOLF all the way This book is just as fun filled and easy to read as the first I loved it The loveable and not so loveable characters were back for soteen angst, drama filled days I read this book in Heartbroken right nowTHIS BOOK KILLED ME can t have a good story without some drama, right There are some new things you learn about her family in this book and things come to light about who Norah really is April, who I seriously wanted to throat punch all throughout book 1, still grates on my nerves and she s really not mentioned to much in the book, but what is written about her makes me what to drag her out by her hair and tell her not to treat her sister like such a bitch I mean she s the only sister you have why are you such a bitch Anyway, she s always got Kate, who is her BFF, and they would stand together through thick and thin I love love love Kate I feel like Parkhurst wrote the part of Norah and Kate thinking of me and my BFF The girls have such a special bond, like sisters, rather than friends You get to meet some of the new students from Nottingham I can tell you some of them are merry some not so much You come to find out why they are there and what happened to get them there Norah makes friends out of some of them while there are others who just need to go far far away.In this book we finally are getting to the fairytale trial of Danielle vs Norah Although it s not like a normal trial you will see what goes on and things that will unfold during this time Forget Me Not, is full of suspense, love, betrayal, forming friendships, and plenty of drama I couldn t stop reading this book I just kept wanting to see what was going to happen next The end will leave you breathless and you will be anticipating the release of book 3 When it does be ready to dive right into it because you are going to want to know what happens to all of the characters that you have come to love or hate All in all this book gets 5 stars from this girl I loved every minute of it I m super excited for book 3 so I can find out about..SERIOUSLY GO READ THIS BOOK
